This pain I hold deep in my heart
Deliberately put together
To form an empty place

Memories of a past once forgotten
Amplify the ache
Reality suddenly crowds my space

Right now I'm so weak
And it's been so long
Stuck in the crossfire of my past

The aftermath of a time
The time I had wasted
From mouths the judgment be cast

They think they know
And I sit inside
To rectify the pain within

I stand so close to peace
The again the chaos
That which laid dormant looks up to grin

I'll be destroyed guilty
Burned inside innocent out
And no one will know what's true
