At some point in time
Long before now
Before this rhyme
There was a moment
No where near crappy
I belonged somewhere
Never felt so happy
Can't remember the details
Or what really happened
I just know it was there
But my memory's blackened
Thinking about it
Makes me smile
And I want so much
To stay there awhile
But I can't go back
To where I was
To feel that bliss
I can't because
There is no way
To go back to the past
There's no such thing
Cause time won't last
Time will move on
It's passing by now
But will anyone tell me
Exactly how?
Where does time go
When it passes by?
And does anyone know
The reason why?
