Outcasts

by Ashelin   Oct 10, 2005

As the world passes us by
And my eyes begin to cry
Outcasts we have become
At least we have the moon and sun

The moon will watch us as we sleep
Comforting me as I weep
The sun will guide our path by day
As we walk under trees that sway

As tears dry up and our smiles grow
We are now outcasts, so?
Our love will surpass all time
And still some people call it a crime.
