I tried so hard to keep away
Every part of me would not allow it
I couldn't stop the thoughts of you
The pain of not having you around

I made myself think i was mad
but everyday i couldn't ignore
the true feelings i had
you were something i couldn't shake

I told myself to back away
but my actions are louder then words
I love you more as each day turns
one day my actions will surpass those words
