The first cut is the always the deepest
Followed by regret and disgust
I have to put an end to this
But it won't be as easy as I thought

I'm sorry you had to see this
I'm sorry for leaving you distraught
But I'm afraid I have no control over my actions

I've got to get rid of the demons
In my head
That tell me it's alright
To do what I do
