I let them

by Ana   Oct 14, 2005

I breathe air
it stings my soul
and it's not fair
that I'll grow old
with this pain,
betrayal and hate
standing in the rain
awaiting my fate.

While they smile,
share and enjoy
I walk a mile
becoming a toy,
old and broken.
I won't be fixed
they'll break me further
I know I'm jinxed
it is me they murder.
But they don't know
I won't tell them.
It is me they throw
and I let them.
