A Light In the Night Sky

A glimmer of hope
In a midnight sky

Bright white
A sign
That nothing is impossible

I look into the sky and wonder
What it would be like to be completely
Consumed
By darkness
Without any hope that
I will ever be found

Then I look in the distance and see
That glimpse of light
That pure
White
Heavenly light

Beckoning me

Telling me that I have nothing to fear
That all will be right
