Vission of A Slow Death

by Jo   Oct 15, 2005

The world is dying a slow death,
And we all know it;
But no one wants to admit it,
We just hope to wake up when it's over.

How torturing and miserable is it to die a slow death?
Yet, that's just what this world is doing;
Suffering from poverty, war, and national disasters;
The world is falling apart in front of our eyes,
And we do nothing to stop it;
We just shut our eyes to the reality we don't want to face.

But one day,
The world will come to an end
And we'll all open our eyes to being left behind with nothing in return
But the site of death all around us.
