Death

Death
In the shadows lies death
It waits for the perfect time to strike
Since birth it has been there
Waiting through all the grief, fear, and anguish

I have always wondered what death would feel like,
But I have realized that I have too much to lose,
I need to be here for my family,
Why do I think that this is all a calamity?

Death is like a pre-meditated murder,
Waiting for the perfect time to strike.
Death doesn’t care about morals,
It doesn’t care about loved ones either.
It comes like a silent killer, a snake in the darkness,
When you least expect it to strike.
You can’t push it away, so all you can do is embrace it
