Goodbye~ Dedicated to my Bestfriend

I have this little problem,
That I just can't shake,
It doesn't seem real,
It seems so fake,

See I've known for a while now,
That you were moving away,
It seems so close,
Yet so far away,

At the end of October,
On Halloween day,
I wish it were longer,
I'd give anything to make you stay,

Your are my best friend,
Ever since 7th grade,
We'd hang out every weekend,
Our memories I would never trade,

We'd take so many pictures,
And hang them everywhere,
Even if they sucked,
We would never even care,

You are there for me,
On the worst of all days,
To tell me it's alright,
That it's just a little phase,

I wish you were not leaving,
And you would stay here,
So we would have more fun days,
We'd be best friends through every year,

I know we'll stay in touch,
And we'll talk every night,
But to never see you,
It just doesn't seem right,

I will miss you,
And every little joke,
Every saying that we had,
Every word you spoke,

I am ending this little poem,
I am starting to cry,
I main reason is,
I'm just trying to say goodbye...
