I USED TO LIKE THIS BOY
I THINK HE LIKED ME TOO
WE WENT OUT FOR AWHILE
BUT IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH
I ASKED HIM IF WE COULD BE FRIENDS
HE DID NOT SAY A WORD
WHAT REALLY HURT ME THE MOST
IS ALL THE STUPID THING I'VE HEARD
THE THINGS HE DID
THE THINGS HE SAD
HE COULD END UP IN JAIL
OR WORSE DEAD
SO I ASK U FATHER UP ABOVE
PROTECT THE GUT THAT I LOVE
HELP HIM TO SEE THAT I LOVE HIM AND HOPE HE LOVES ME.
