Falling Into Something You'll Never Understand

by Aubrey   Oct 23, 2005

It's all blurry,
Just a mess,
Streaming down my face,
God, I'm a mess,
There's cuts and there's bruises,
All over my heart,
Watching them drip,
Why did this start,
It's killing me inside,
I can't take this pain,
Don't cut too close,
That's an important vein,
They fall so fast,
As I count them one by two,
Another one drops,
This is all coming unglued,
Help me put it back together,
Like the pieces of a puzzle,
Hurry, I'm sick of watching my whole world crumble,
Now their falling faster,
As I see them on these pages,
It all makes me wonder,
If they know their real ages,
They need to get over themselves,
And start acting mature,
Do they not realize, Now,
Their High Schoolers,
It all happens so fast,
And they don't understand,
But they need to grow up,
And stop holding their mommies hand,
They think their cool,
But we know that their not,
Are you over yourself yet?
Or do you still think your hot?
Your not gonna walk all over me,
And I know thats true,
Cuz I've finally realized,
I'm better than you,
The falling is slower,
And I know I'll be okay,
My life would be better without you anyway,
Their still falling,
And there's nothing I can do,
But they'll soon go away,
Along with all this pain,
I know I'll be alright,
I know I'll be okay,
Because these tears have stopped falling,
And Look,
It's still Today!
