A Lonely Girl

by Felicia Tursi   Oct 24, 2005

There are so many boys in this world,
But no boy wants this girl.
Her heart is full of love to give,
But there's no one to receive or forgive.
She has been mean but it comes from love deep inside,
These things she has to hide.
For no one wants her here,
She has no one near.
She feels all alone,
No one answers their phone.
She has to one to pick up,
All the love she keeps bottled up.
They just walk by and sigh,
But will they care when she dies?
She is afraid of pain and knives,
Which is the only reason she's still alive.
She thrives to be like everyone else,
But she's not like everyone else.
Which makes her beautiful,
Not like the other fools.
But how should she know?
She doesn't feel so.
When you're always being put down,
You soon loose track of what's up.
