Silent Fallers

by Kali   Dec 8, 2003

Crimson, auburn, goldenrod, mahogany flying past
As I slide through, huge piles of leaves

Rakes worn smooth
With the hands of time

Musty leaves fallen long ago
Not yet taken care of

Billowing white clouds
Perfect blue sky
Almost bare trees

Leaves falling almost
Silently to the ground
