Judgemental

by kathy   Oct 27, 2005

Go ahead and judge me
That's all we ever do
Look at and mock each other
Without having a clue
No matter what is said
Or how far some might go
We hurt everyone around us
And that just goes to show
That no matter how we do it
It's still done to this day
Whether we want to say it
We're hypocrites either way
Black, red, white or yellow
Christian, Atheist, or Jew
Some excuses people use for jokes
To criticize me and you
It's not fair, and it's not just
But it happens every day
And whether or not we end it now
I have one thing left to say
Before you start to judge me
Just walk one mile in my shoes
And maybe then you'd realize
How hard life is to go through
