Kiss The Tears Away

Could you kiss the tears away?
Help mend a broken heart?
Patch the scars deep within?
Ease the pain within a broken heart?

Just close your eyes and remember
Happiness that two hearts shared
The passion and desire
And how we truly cared.

So many things unexplained
Still tugs deep within my heart
So many unanswered questions
I wouldn't know where to start.

All I can say is That: I Love You,
More than you deserve to be
You devastated my life
And took away part of me.

Now will you kiss the tears away?
Help mend a broken heart?
Replenish the scars deep within?
Ease the pain of a broken heart?

    Wow.This is amazing.It is well written but what stands out is the emotion it is sad yet tinged with hope.Love can be so painful, but never a thing to be regretted.As long as you retain the capacity to love in your heart, then anything is possible.I liked how you repeat at the end, it sinks the message/emotion in very strongly.Great poem.

    Aw my dear this is amazing, it made me cry I love the verse "All I can say is That: I Love You,
    More than you deserve to be
