When people came to her
Crying and confused
She smelled of Myrrh
Which left them bemused

It was an odd yet comforting sent
Warm and sweet
Very content
And they would take their seat

There was nothing sad in the words she sung
About light and dark
and things undone
from her heart

And then one night it happened
And the girl came no more
Then they found that chilling
caption
sitting on the floor

They found her in her room locked tight
She looked like she was sleeping
But her heart would no longer beat tonight
And the voices they started weeping

She didn't walk through the halls
She didn't come through the door
She didn't answer the calls
That were weeping on the floor

Hot and loud the noises blazed
Into my ears they seemed to crash
All the people watching dazed
As the whirling lights swirled and flashed
