The faded loss

by stacey   Nov 3, 2005

I act like your invisible,
almost like you were dead,
sometimes I wish I were dead when I remember what you said
you told me that you'd always be there for me
for every want, for every need, for everything
I cant believe you lied to me
You'd have to admit, you'd have to agree
this isn't the way a dad should be
your supposed to always be there for me
its stopping here, no more tears,
I'm not going to play along,
pretending all as it should be
pretending like nothing is wrong
I'm going, I'm gone, try to hide your fear
as you watch me disappear.
