Child Support

Every child in the world today
Should be supported by both parents in every way

Even if the child's heart comes into play They should not have to feel dismayed

For one parent who needs the support with the other parents pay

But who does it really help the child or parent that had to stay

Too raise the child or family alone in the world today

Knowing the child did not want the other parent to go away

So now the court has to deceide the support that will be taken from their pay

Just to support the family or child to be raised each and every day

Never caring that the other parent is now getting away

With the support money as they chose to display

Laughing at the other parent who works just as hard for that pay

Just to support the other parent whom has gotten away

From helping support the child or family that now cries today

As the courts are blind and helps them get away

From taking away the family support given to them on that day

When they first came into the courtroom and asked for the other parents pay

So I ask who does benefit from this decision that comes into play

For I know in my case he has gotten away

Because I have never seen anything new on display

On my child who is torn away and now cries for support today
