Caged In

by Laloser05   Nov 5, 2005

The eyes of the deceiver,
Speak lies through the receiver.
The sweet justice, is now gone,
And I'm the only one.

The laws against me,
The lies that set me free.
The cries in the night,
From losing the light.

I'm not sorry its just the way i am.

I've been caged in,
Living with the bars of sin.
Just undo the lock and set me free,
Then everyone can let me be.

It's been set in stone,
That i shall always be alone.
The sin of my secret and lie,
I shall never again ... cry.

I tell little lie in your ear,
The words i only want you to hear.
The secret, that lie thats in my head,
I don't like truth, but lies instead.

The lies of my time,
Have left loneliness all mine.
I have put myself here,
Acting like i had nothing to fear.

I've been caged in,
And i can't see anything.
Left in the dark i can't see with my eyes,
Blinded by the secrets and lies.

It's been set in stone,
That i shall always be alone.
All thanks to my sins,
I still can't see a thing.

I protect myself,
Immune to everyone else.
I guard my heart,
In fear of being torn apart.

I cover love with lies and deceit,
So far forward i can't retreat.
After the heartbreak i had,
I'm going slightly mad.

I've been caged in,
Living with the bars of sin.
Just undo the lock and set me free,
Then everyone can let me be.

It's been set in stone,
That i shall always be alone.
The sin of my secret and lie,
I shall never again ... cry.

I've been caged in,
And i can't see anything.
Left in the dark i can't see with my eyes,
Blinded by the secrets and lies.

It's been set in stone,
That i shall always be alone.
All thanks to my sins,
I still can't see a thing.
