The Pain Of Life And Death

by Sexy_Brittney   Nov 7, 2005

The cuts become deeper
As her cries of despair reach cold, unfeeling ears
Her eyes are bleeding black tears
Her heart is frozen in fear

You lift her off the ground, her body limp and white
You touch her eyes slowly, smudging the black liner that is her heart
The blood is dripping steadily to the floor
As the cold reality that she is dead makes you want to dart

You see the razor lying on the sink
You gently press her body to the floor, crying as you kiss her lips
Finally, standing and gazing into the mirror you punch it
Sending your hand into gashes and rips

The realization of what you're about to do hits you like a lover's harsh words
You pick the razor up and sit beside her
You beg to see life flicker through her eyelids
You beg for the merciless cure

Pressing the blade to your wrist you close your eyes
The blood gushes out like rain
You curl up next to her, pressing your body against hers, holding her close
She's the only one who could take away your pain

It's over! You two will never part!
