Beautiful and Glorified

by Truest Lies   Nov 7, 2005

She weeps tears of sunshine,
On her rainbow forest,
Watching the little creatures,
With a smile.

She catches the young birds,
As they fall out of their nests,
But she never interfers with the cubs falls,
Because they need their tests.
Shes the beauty in the morning,
And the glory in the night,
Shes the one who frightens the mighty hunters,
As they seek out their prey,
And she weeps at natures somewhat cruel ways,
And she begs the ice to allow her to stay.

She loves to give a smile,
To the eagle passing by,
She loves to find the eternal answers,
To the questions who and why.

Shes there when you turn around,
Shes the patch of freckles on your nose,
Shes the one who cares.

She is spring.

Alright, this is beautiful! Initially I thought she's a girl, I can even picture her standing in the middle of the forest, gazing at all these around her. But your last line really caught me off guard. Lovely, serene, visual you've got here. It's always a pleasure reading your works, you worded nature well. =)
