Cluck, Cluck Goes the Chicken

My back itches so bad.

The itching never stops.

Oooo now my arms itch

And my legs too.

What are these bumps?

Why do they itch?

Every time I scratch I just get more

Of theses itchy bumps.

Mommy tells me not to scratch.

But when she's not looking

I'm scratching hehehe

O god they're all over now

They're even between my fingers and toes!

What are these?

Mommy told me I had chicken pox.

But I never played with the chickens.

How did I get them?

Then finally it was picture day in Kindergarten!

I though I could go.

I was so excited!

But mommy is mean!

She said I couldn't go, because I was sick.

I wasn't sick though

I was just all itchy.

I don't get it.

But the itching stopped for a little bit

In my warm oatmeal bath.

But as soon as I got out,

The itching started all over again.

Will the itching ever go away?

Or

Am I slowly turning into a chicken?

Either way mommy doesn't look worried.
