The Story of My Life

by Kylie   Nov 9, 2005

You set the stage, Ill turn on the lights
You have no idea of what you are in for tonight...
As each scene completes and the story goes on
You will begin to understand where my life went wrong

Finally, you will know that the antagonist isnt on the stage
Behind the curtain he writes the part that I have no choice but to play
Placing props in improper places, waiting for me to fall
Then jumping out and catching me, he has to be the hero, after all...

But the best part of the story, is when his true intentions are shown
and everyone then knows what I hope they all along have known
And as I close the curtains, I look upon the audience with strife
I hope now they further understand The Story of My Life.
