Casket of Carnage

by Kaos   Nov 9, 2005

She lay on a bed
A casket of carnage
Surrounded by deathâ??s cruel countenance
And all throughout the night
He wept in mourning by her side
This cruelty borne
Of an ill-fated angel of god
And through this obsession
His love was imprisoned (donâ??t let go)
In the cold chamber in her eyes
Forgotten, forsaken
Her life slips away
And he screams to the skies

You took her away
Her life barely lived
Youâ??ll never be worshipped
Iâ??ll never forgive
All your promises made
Betrayed and destroyed
I defile your temple
And leave YOU to die

That was good. It was completely different from what I thought it might be. The word choice though nice added a certain flair. Nice job.
