To my Mother

by Bia   Nov 9, 2005

Mothers love their daughters,
no matter what they do.
And you've always been there for me,
Mom, I owe it all to you.

I don't know where I'd be,
if you werent here to save the day.
And I don't know where I'd live,
if you didn't let me stay.

I just want to say I'm sorry,
for everything I put you through.
I'm apologizing ahead of time,
for things I still might do.

I just want to make you proud,
I want to brighten up your eyes.
I promise to turn my life around,
though it may come as a surprise.

I want to go back to school,
and get grades that will make you smile.
Cause you always knew I had it in me,
to go that extra mile.

Thank you for your support,
even though I make you mad.
I realise how much I mean to you,
I'm sorry for making you sad.

I promise to pay you back for everything,
that you've done and going to do.
Without you, I would be nothing,
I'm sorry for disappointing you.

I want us to be closer mom,
and do more things together.
And I want you to know,
I love you, always and forever.

I just want to say thank you mom,
for everything you've ever done.
Cause YOU are the biggest part,
of the woman I've become.

I love you mommy.
