Painful love

Why do i worry
why do i care
why should i love you
if your never there

I tried to make you laugh
i tried to make you smile
you told me that you loved me
and made the wait worth while

You said your love seemed to fade
and it was the end
i said look at all the love we made
you said its better that were friends

Then you said you wanted me
and you'd never go away
i said your kidding right?
you would never stay

Then he got really mad
and pushed me around
then he hit me really bad
i fell down to the ground

when i woke up from that sleep
i called 9-1-1
and reported that creep
they said ok well be right there
wait untill we come

Then i waited
till they came
i told them the whole story
they told me one bout the same

i asked them tons of questions
whatever crossed my mind
they told me to sit and wait
answer's will come in time

"when does he hafta go?" i asked
"ASAP well today maybe,
why are you so concerned?"
"im pregnant with his baby!"

Later that night, after they left,
he came back and said
"you lil b**** you told on me,
now i'll leave you dead!"

then he pulled out a gun
my world spun around
then 2 days later
i was placed in to the ground
