Parents-

by Samantha   Nov 12, 2005

Parents always say they'll be there.
Truth is they have time-but don't share.
You can bring your mom a rose.
She'll put on a happy face-it's only a pose.
Why did they have us?
If all they do is fuss.
Why are parents so dumb.
It's like they're numb.
They never believe me.
Someday they'll see.
Some are mean.
Or so it may seem.
Sometimes I think we should get to pick.
Then maybe my dad wouldn't be a prick.
Don't get me wrong-I love my dad.
It's just sometimes he makes me mad.
