Forgettable

by Timothy Bledsoe   Nov 14, 2005

How your deep, blue eyes
Gaze into mine

How your long, brown hair
Cascades from your shoulders

How your soft lips
Quirk into that small smile

These are all forgettable things
That haunt my memories

The times you slept in my arms
Your warm, soft body against mine

The times you kissed me
For no reason at all

The times we walked hand in hand
Just talking about nothing

All forgettable moments
That reside forever in my heart

Now you never call
Though I wait for it every night

Now you never think about me
Though you're always on my mind

Now you go on with your life
I'm alone with your memory

You'll always be on my mind
But I guess I was forgettable

Keep writing your feelings. It does help. I know how you feel. I have been there and was very lucky to get her back. Follow your heart....
