Insomnia

Lying down in my bed
with so many thoughts inside my head
Cant close my eyes, yet i need sleep
because I've got a long day ahead

So many problems, I'm so stressed
I feel so tired, i need to rest
still i can't even close an eye
no matter how hard I'll try

I just can't sleep
something is taking over me
something that i can't even see
I cannot sleep

All these reasons why I'm sad
and all these thoughts are driving me mad
The lights are off, yet I'm blinded by the lights
counting the minutes till the end of the night
