I am a good person
I really am,
Try to make my own decisions,
and be a woman.

Everything that I do
to everyone else it just seems wrong.
"Don't do this, no thats not right"
I have heard this all my life.

Everyone else is who I try to please
and I put me last always!
A smile on someones face puts me at ease
It will be my turn one of these days

I know what I am doing
why can't they see?

and trust me to be me?
