Death Becomes Her So

by KiMMiE*RiE*   Nov 16, 2005

I walk up to the coffin
that cold January day
tears fall down my face
I struggle for something to say

All the years we spent together
seem so meaningless
I get up to the coffin
and give her one last kiss

Her hands have lost all feeling
her eyes, forever closed,
my best friend lying there,
my how death becomes her so

1st grade to Senior High School
We*ve been the best of friends
Said, we*ll stick by eachother
till this life ends

Though she acts as though shes perfect
We all knew the truth
now, she lies here, dead and cold,
her lips a shade of blue

Her hands have lost all feeling
her eyes, forever closed,
my best friend lying there,
my how death becomes her so

She left no note but "I*m Sorry"
we didnt know why she*d go,
we see her laying there,
god, death becomes her so

Such beauty, youth, its wasted,
i love her, ya know?
laying there soon in the ground,
how death becomes her...so...
