X Blinded Reason x

Unsuspecting eyes,
Innocent smiles.
But deep inside of me,
I'm sad and low all the while.

Laughter and happiness,
Swirling all around me.
But my innocent smiles,
Stay buried deep inside of me.

My feelings blind my reason,
Explanations still not in my grasp.
Then the clouds begin to clear,
Seems I have an answer at last.

But expectedly my thoughts become hazy,
My answer slips away.
And yet again I'm left alone,
Left to survive another day.
