it was just another day
another time to make it through
to smile and promise she's OK

It was just another moment
In her living Hell
her world is so screwed up
but nobody can tell

She holds so much pain inside
the memories of broken promises and abandoned friends
she used to try to be strong
but now she's ready for the end

The painful words and rumors kill her
tear her up outside and in
they don't realize how much words can hurt her
how afraid she is to let anyone in

It was just another memory
abandoned by them all
she sits, remembering in the shadows
letting each tear fall
they used to be so happy
best friends until they died
but in the end they turned around
realized that her broken heart had lied

She was just another girl
too far gone to bring her back
she used to be so strong
