Never Letting Go

I looked at him for the first time, not knowing I'd fall in love with him,
now I lay in bed thinking about him, wishing he was here.
I think to myself, "Why can't let I him go?"
When I realize he's not coming back, tears stream down my face.
He was the first, in my eyes,
but one thing I will always remember is he was my first "Real Love."
I did things not thinking of the outcome, now he hates me,
But I just can't let him go.
Why can't he just act like nothing is wrong, and say "I Love You"
Do those words even mean anything to him, I don't know,
but what I do know is that I love this guy.
And for that reason...I Won't Let Him Go!

    It kinda sucks to feel that way but...if you love someone, dont let them go. but maybe if you really HAVE to let him go...time always helps. but it takes a lot a lot a lot of time. anyways, I loved your poem. 5/5
