Burried in cash

by Annah Lynn   Nov 17, 2005

She gets what she wants
she doesn't look at the price on the things she buys
her mom and dad got all the money
and she has her own credit card

she never worries about what she has
just as long as it all fits in the back of her limousine
no use for catalogs she's already got everything in it
you can buy everything you see but that don't mean you'll be happy...

[Chorus]
so when your money runs out
your friends wont be hanging around
all thats left for you, you never knew you had
you'll be like everyone else
not buried in cash [oh, oh]
not buried in cash [oh, oh]

you buy everything you see, even if its from TV
just to spend your cash on things you don't need
you are a superstar, hey money got you far
you could win a fight but that don't mean you'd bleed

a lesson never learned
your credit card wont pay for your dreams
though it will get you somewhere
in the end your broke and you'll come crashing down

[oh-oh, oh, oh-oh, oh]
[oh-oh, oh, oh-oh, oh]

[repeat chorus 2x]

not buried in cash...
not buried in cash...
