Nobody Gives A ...

AUTHORS NOTES: OK i know this isn't technically a poem...and its pretty long...but please read it and tell me what you think...and tell me whether it should really be in this category...thank you

Lay to sleep my dear and wake to a new day tomorrow, when all your nightmares will come true. When the bombs drop you'll know. When your walking through your dark, destroyed streets, seeing all the death that life has caused, and all the life that death affects, you'll know . . . you'll know that NOBODY GIVES A F * * *!! In this world its kill and get killed, survive until you die! (NOBODY GIVES A F * * *!!) When peace costs lives and freedom can be bartered and bought. Where deceit is more common then words that hold true. (You'll know, You'll know) Where husbands kill there wives, where mothers drown there babies, where friends lie for personal gain . . . where love is an intolerable sin. I know, and you know, that nobody, gives, a F * * *!! In this world its hard to find someone that wont sell you out for personal desires, its hard to find someone that speaks the truth without a single lying word, its hard to find someone that wont leave you when someone better walks by. In this world nations drop bombs for peace, and lie to your face about anything and everything so much that people have stopped caring. In this world, This world. Where a man is driven to kill another. Where a man is driven to kill himself . . . Where an entire race has cause its own downfall . . . Nobody gives a f * * * . . .
