What an abrupt ending, somewhat shocking. I think you wrote this well, you explained your message in detail, with out repeating yourself. This ensures the reader is kept interested until the end. I must say the overall idea of cutting is a bit cliche, but the fact you talked about recovering from the depression makes it more bearable to read. The rhyming was good, apart from the fourth stanza, last line; it doesn’t rhyme with the second line. Some of the descriptions and phrases are a bit "everyday" and somewhat "overused" maybe using more creative words could increase the power and emotion of the poem. A thesaurus is fun and easy to use for this. Thanks for sharing.

Amazing job. the guy didn't get to you, you let it get to him. Because at first he made you do all this stupid stuff and you realized wow why did i just do that.
