Out comes the real me.
Out comes my pain and sadness
And how I wasn’t meant to be.

No one sees my pain
Or my beautiful red lines
Which lie across every vein

No one stops to care
My “family” don’t understand
They don’t notice when I’m not there

The world stops, sighs then turns away
Leaving me here in the hell hole
Letting me die more each day

There’s no one there to wipe my tears
And no one sees this monster
Feading off my fears
