Going To Make It Through

How did life get this way,
where did things go so wrong,
kept telling myself things would get better,
but i didnt think it would take this long.

I miss myself like crazy,
afraid of me, its a fear,
the pain, it isnt leaving,
not even with every single tear.

Did you know im good at pretending,
or that i can tell a good lie,
I dont think things are going to get better,
not even if i try.

I finally know just what to do,
today will be the day,
nothing left to think about,
i know just what to say.

I dont need your help no more,
i know just what to do,
tomorrow is another day,
and im going to make it through
