So confused

My life has lost all point and for the first time
I truly don’t know what to do.
I’m so lost in my mind.
Everything is so confusing.
What do I do?
What way do I go?
I’m so confused.
I just don’t know any thing any more.
I fill like a failure I fill so worthless.
I fill like I have no point to live.
No point to go on no point to try.
I just fill like giving up.
Ending the pane killing my self.
Committing suicide.
I don’t know what to do.
I have lost all hope.
This life seems be lost.
