Confused

Trying to find words
to describe how i feel
Ive never had trouble
writing whats real

In my mind its all clear
it makes perfect sense
as i begin to write
my hand becomes tense

to what I\\\'m really feeling
to know if its true
did i really mean it
when i said \\\"i love you\\\"

i know you said you did
and i said it too
but looking back
now that were through

maybe loves not real
and its only a thought
of how we want to fell
all the mixed emotions it brought

because looking back now
of \\\"i love you\\\" and \\\"forever\\\"
i knew in my heart
we shouldn\\\'t of been together.

or even old friends
when you said \\\"BFF\\\"
how quickly things change
suddenly theres nothing left

still looking back
and reading old letters
hundreds to chose
when life seemed to be better

reading these memories
and wondering why
people say things
that turn into lies

the most famous you know
is \\\"always and forever\\\"
forevers not real
you wont always be together

but then that makes me wonder
if every things untrue
what we say in the moment
we can never undo

so maybe i should speak
and let my feelings turn cold
never Say \\\"\\\"I love you\\\"
let my thoughts go untold

because things always change
you don\\\'t know if its real
it would be better for me
why say how i feel?

because love is blind
and you have to take the Chance
live every moment
and never miss a dance!
