Dying Faith

by Lucinda   Nov 23, 2005

Shes caught in a storm of her feelings and faith
shes lost all hope of memories that she has kept
her mind keeps stomping on her heart thats broken
her tears are shattered, her silence isn't hopeful
he keeps returning asking for more--tears fall
lightening strikes her pain and her hope is gone
she falls down to her knees, drenched in her own tears
prays up above for one time of happy and no fears
then he slides through the door, hate in his black eyes
she crawls to her corner, crying harder than ever now
trying to hard to keep quiet, afraid of his fearless hate
footsteps are getting louder to where she trys to hide
fear hits her body, her heart thumping, but she still tries
he storms through the closet door of her resting place
pulls her petrified self through the glass case
bloody body, and hateful fist, saddened eyes searching
this man that she once loved, she finds now is killing
killing her promising that she wouldn't live to tell
shed die all alone, and no one would be aware
she throws herself on top of him, using what she had left
punching as hard as her broken body would let
screams and blood teem out of her dead heart
and her last heart beats come to the final halt
her body is layed out in her blood on her floor
he calmly cleans up his mess hes made before
leaving her there, a bloody mess of death
showing that she didn't do just what he said
