Scars

by brittney paden   Nov 26, 2005

Tiny markings on her arms
that no one can see
or even cares about

tear streeks on her face
that no one notices
not even her parents

redness in her eyes
but no one can tell
because she hides them behind her hair

a broken heart inside her
that no one loves
or cares about

scars all over her body
not just cuts
but many other things

that no one loves
that no one notices
or even cares about.
