Dreams Vs. Reality

When I fall asleep
I dream about you
I'm happy for the moment
When our love is new

The whole dream is memory
Of when we were together
The dream where you say
I'll love you for forever

Then something hits me
It's something called reality
As I awake from my dream
And everything is crazy

I go throughout the day
Trying to hide my sorrow
But the more I try
The more it shows

Who knew life sucks
When you mix in reality
Don't you wish you were perfect
And lived inside a dream

I have dreams every night
When everyone is asleep
And when I pray
I pray you dream about me

Dreams are dreams
You don't get what you see
You're always depressed
Because it's your dreams vs. reality
