Will I perish?

Will i defeat these thoughts of sorrow?
Or will i let them bring me down?
When i die,
Who will cry?
Who will find me?
In a puddle of blood,
With this written suicide note,
With all my regrets,
All my goodbyes,
And my I Love Yous
But before all of this mess,
