Nothing Special

Lying in the grass, looking up at the stars.
wondering how i ever got this far.

I'm not alone, but i might as well be.
nobody sees me.

There's nothing special behind these eyes,
and there's only fear behind this smile.

I Do all that i can do,
but still it seems, i'll never live up to you.
I've had my ups, but you know i've cried,
I'm not perfect but god knows i've tried.
