Teenage angst,
It’s not untrue,
The pain subsides,
I’ve made it through,
Round the corner,
It’s better then,
Remember pain,
It happens again,
Next time it’s over,
I say it’s the last,
I cope with the violence,
I put on this mask,
It helps me to deal with,
The pain that won’t pass,
How I have gotten,
Cold and untrue,
Hate me tomorrow,
I come unglued,
Seams have been broken,
Tears have been made,
Under the surface,
