As that cold breeze of winter air hit me
I had to realize what I needed to see.
So I opened my pro-longed closed eyes
And I saw the long time missed butterfly.

It opened her wings and began to soar.
Soar throughout the night, only looking for more.
It than landed on my shoulder
And whispered in my ear "We'll be together when we're older."

Not knowing that it would transform into the girl I love,
I figured it was just a dream I shortly had to get out of.
Than it all hit me, this isn't a dream
This is as real as it may seem.

A gigantic smile went throughout my face.
This isn't no longer a cat & mouse chase.
I took her outside at 10:40 in the evening.
And I did what the day before I was only dreaming.

My feelings for you never changed after what happened.
