I gave up because I wasn't ready
But now I honestly feel like I am
Could you ever give me a second chance?
I promise you this is no scam

We never really had a chance
But I'm willing to give it a second shot
I don't want to lose the friendship
I'm proud of what we've got

I have feelings for you to strong to deny
I find ever part of you pure perfection
Every kiss would be made true
I'll show you all my love and affection

I will be sure to never hurt you
I'll hug you when you cry
I'll be there through everything
All I see love when I look into your eyes

I promise you won't regret it; I'll be here by your side
I hold you close when times get tough and all you can do is cry
You're the one that will bring out my love from the inside
Can you ever see a way to give me another chance?

    I read it the other day, sorry i didn't post i was well startled, your word not mine but yes thats the feeling. I am really honoured that you would write me this and i am very proud of you for being so honest about everything. maybe later on we can have a chat about this, i am not prepared (and i don't believe you are either) to do this on the net. thank you for a beautiful poem, i do really apreciate it.
